• Move or copy the KiesLoader.exe to your Samsung directory. –"C:\Program Files\Samsung\Kies"
  • Open KiesLoader.exe

    Insert the default folder, you can find in Kies Preferences. Type your phone model (5380) and other phone model (5250,5330)—screenshot

 

  • Disconnect your phone from computer.
  • Open Kies and download some apps or games from Wave 5250, 7250 or 5330 or others…
  • Close the Kies.
  • Open the KiesLoader.exe. If you get the error just click Continue.

  • Open the KiesLoader.exe again. If it ask to wait Kies, click YES
  • This screen will come out and Kies will open. Connect your phone, go to download page in Samsung Apps[Do not install yet], click Ok on windows then install the app to your phone.
